VVF acquires Henkel plant in Poland

Chennai, July 10 VVF Ltd, manufacturer of personal care products and oleochemicals, has acquired Henkel’s soap manufacturing plant in Poland.

VVF Ltd is a Mumbai-based company that produces soaps and cosmetic chemicals for major brands in India and abroad. It also sells soaps under its own brands—Doy (for kids) and Jo (for adults).

A press release issued by the company says after establishing itself within the US market, this production unit will be the company’s first facility in Europe.
