Strategy Corporate - Overseas Investments VVF acquires Henkel plant in Poland Our Bureau Chennai, July 10 VVF Ltd, manufacturer of personal care products and oleochemicals, has acquired Henkel’s soap manufacturing plant in Poland. VVF Ltd is a Mumbai-based company that produces soaps and cosmetic chemicals for major brands in India and abroad. It also sells soaps under its own brands—Doy (for kids) and Jo (for adults). A press release issued by the company says after establishing itself within the US market, this production unit will be the company’s first facility in Europe.
