Fertilisers States - Tamil Nadu IFFCO to supply 2,600 t urea Tiruchi, July 14 The Indian Farmers Fertilisers Cooperative Ltd (IFFCO) has made arrangements for the supply of a total of 2,600 tonnes of urea to Thanjavur district. Of this, 1,300 tonnes will go to Thanjavur and Kumbakonam each. In addition to the supply of urea, Thanjavur and Kumbakonam will each get a consignment of 1,300 tonnes of DAP to be despatched directly by wagons from the IFFCO fertiliser factory at Paradeep, its Chief Area Manager, Tiruchi region, Mr B. Krishnan, said here. Th e consignment would reach Thanjavur and Kumbakonam in a couple of days, he added.
