Shipping Kerala HC admits writ against Lanco Consortium Our Bureau KOCHI, July 16: The Kerala High court has admitted a writ appeal filed by Zoom Developers, Mumbai, against the single judge's order ratifying the government action in awarding the contract of the Vizhinjam International Transhipment Container Terminal to Lanco Consotium. A Division Bench, comprising the Chief Justice, Mr H L Dathu, and Mr Justice A K Basheer, admitted the petition and made it clear that pendency of writ appeal will not prevent the finalisation of tender proceedings. However, the bench said if the tender is finalised, it will be subject to the result of the appeal.
