Nod for new commodity exchange

Mumbai, July 17

The Union Government has granted an "in-principle approval" to the proposal to set up a national commodity exchange, jointly by MMTC Ltd and India Bulls Financial Services Ltd. The exchange, the fourth national commodity exchange in the country, would be located in the NCR Gurgaon, the company said in a notice to stock exchanges. - Our Bureau
