Tata Indicom offers M-Commerce solutions

Tata Teleservices has announced the launch of M-Commerce (Mobile Commerce) solutions that helps customers in booking airline, railway and movie tickets through Tata Indicom Mobiles.

The customers will have to download the application on their mobile to avail themselves of these features.

They can view areas, availability and schedules for all available airlines and trains and book tickets by paying through credit card.

The customer will then get an instantaneous confirmation. The e-ticket will be mailed to the customer’s email address within 24 hours. Movie tickets in Adlabs can also be booked from mobiles.

For Railway ticket booking, customers can log on to Tata Zone and follow simple steps to book tickets effortlessly.

For booking an air ticket, customers can go to the BREW Browser where they can download the application to book domestic tickets.

The Chief Operating Officer (AP Circle), Tata Teleservices, Mr S. Ramakrishna, in a statement, said “these services will offer hassle-free, risk-free, speedy service to customers.

It comes with a convenience factor and flexibility to access the best fare.”
