Pune, July 18 Milestone Capital Advisors, the venture fund house focusing on real estate, is investing Rs 450 crore in various housing projects in Maharashtra. Talking to presspersons, Mr Ved Prakash Arya, Managing Director, said about Rs 200 crore would be invested in commercial projects in Pune. It has already developed an IT building in the city and is in talks with various developers for affordable projects. He said that Pune had emerged as a favoured destination for the IT/ITES sector with prices rising by almost 200 per cent in the past three years.
