Railways States - West Bengal Howrah-Chennai special train Kolkata, July 18 South Eastern Railway (SER) has decided to run one pair of superfast special train between Howrah and Chennai on July 20 (ex-Howrah) and July 22 (ex- Chennai), according to a press release issued by SER. 0839 Howrah-Chennai superfast special will leave Howrah on Sunday (July 20) at 4.10 pm to reach Chennai next day at 9.45 pm. In the return direction, the 0840 Chennai-Howrah superfast special will leave Chennai on Tuesday (July 22) at 9.55 am to reach Howrah next day at 1.50 pm. Between Howrah and Chennai, the train will stop at Kharagpur, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur-Keonjhar Road, Bhubaneswar, Khurda Road, Berhampur, Vizianagram, Visakhapatnam, Rajamundry, Vijaywada and Gudur. It might be recalled that the train services between Howrah and Chennai were badly hit for nearly two weeks following damage caused to the railway lines between Bhadrak and Balasore by floods. - Our Bureau More Stories on : Railways | West Bengal
