Kolkata, July 22 Magma Shrachi Finance Ltd reported a 58 per cent rise in revenue for the quarter ended June 30, 2008. The company recorded revenue of Rs 138.51 crore against Rs 87.42 crore in the corresponding period of 2007.

According to a press release issued by the company here, disbursals during the quarter under review stood at Rs 1,016.25 crore, up 43 per cent from Rs 708.80 crore in the corresponding quarter of 2007.

The profit after tax during April-June 2008 was Rs 15.84 crore, against Rs 18.12 crore, the release added.
