Rolta buys WhittmanHart

Mumbai, July 29 City based technology company Rolta India has acquired the US-based business intelligence vendor WhittmanHart Consulting for an undisclosed amount.

“This acquisition is in keeping with our declared strategy of acquiring technologies and skills that help our clients get greater returns from their investments in enterprise solutions and services from Rolta,” Mr K.K. Singh, Chairman and CEO of Rolta, said.

For the fourth-quarter ended June 30, Rolta reported a 4.1 per cent rise in net profit to Rs 50.8 crore from Rs 48.8 crore reported in the year-ago period.
