Uniform secretarial norms on anvil

Chennai, July 29

Various bodies of company’s secretaries across the globe are working on drafting Uniform Global Secretarial Standards through the International Federation of Company Secretaries. This will be a harmonised code of standards for company secretaries, just like the International Financial Reporting Standards for the accounting profession, Mr Keyoor Bakshi, President, Institute of Company Secretaries of India, has said. —
