Favourable market conditions and increased movement of goods and services saw Mundra Port and SEZ Ltd record 397 per cent increase in net profit as its revenues increased by 118 per cent in the first quarter ended June 30, 2008, compared with the same period last year, the company said.While the company’s revenues stood at Rs 273.76 crore (Rs 125.17 crore), its net profit from ordinary activities was Rs 96.80 crore (Rs 19.45 crore). During the period under review, th e earning per share increased from Rs 0.54 to Rs 2.42.
