Entrepreneurship development
Thiruvananthapuram, July 31
The Institute for Enterprise Culture and
Entrepreneurship Development, based here, is
starting a course in entrepreneurship development
programme. According to Dr Jose Sebastian, Director of
the institute, this is an innovative and flexible training
programme that permits a person to participate in it at his
or her convenience. The basic approach is to help
individuals relate their knowledge, experience and skills
to the emerging opportunities and prompt them to
acquire new skills to take advantage of them. As part of
the programme, lectures, seminars and get-togethers will
be organised on Sundays and holidays. The focus of the
programme is on small and medium-scale industries. -
