TTK Prestige net up 19%

Bangalore, Aug. 1

TTK Prestige, a leading kitchen appliances provider, has registered a 19 per cent growth in its net profit at Rs 5.10 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 compared with Rs 4.28 crore. Despite inflationary pressures, the company reported an increase in its first quarter sales of Rs 88.88 crore as against Rs 78.50 crore for the corresponding quarter in the previous year. Mr T.T. Jagannathan, Chairman, TTK Group said, "With the company registering a growth of 19 per cent in the first quarter , we are very confident of maintaining the momentum throughout the year."- Our Bureau
