Franchise India, Spa Siam tie-up

Franchise India Holdings Ltd is making a strategic move into specialty retailing under its new venture Franchise India Brands. To fuel its retail plans, FIHL has joined hands with Spa Siam of Thailand to set up chain of beauty and wellness stores in India. These stores would offer the consumer the latest and natural range of beauty and wellness products. The concept of the stores revolves around delivering a complete package of natural skincare, beauty products and spa sol utions to consumers under one roof. “We plan to enter various specialty formats and we are starting this process with our entry in the beauty and wellness adornment vertical where we are partnering with Spa Siam,” Mr Gaurav Marya, President, Franchise India Holdings Ltd, said. To fuel its retail foray, FIHL will make an investment of Rs 20 crore. The company plans to open 120 Spa Siam centres across the country.
