Coimbatore, Aug. 7 A panel discussion to educate the textile clusters here on the need to imbibe IT as a business enabler is being held at The Residency on August 8.

The forum – ‘SME – Scalability, Mobility, Efficiency’ is being jointly presented by CNBC- TV 18 and Intel, with Business Line as the media partner.

The panel at the forum will include the Managing Director of Magna Electro Castings Ltd - Mr Krishna Samraj, who is also the Co-Chairman, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Forum, CII (Southern Region), the Director (Marketing) of Dell India Mr P. Krishnakumar, Mr R Elango, Director (Marketing), Mr Sangeeth and Mr Ravichandran, Director (Sales), Intel (South Asia).

These experts are expected to share insights on how the SME sectors could invest in IT at a minimal level and slowly upgrade to be able to manage the operations and strategies better.

The forum is to be moderated by Ms Priyal Guliani of CNBC TV 18.
