Mangalore SEZ to set up herbal garden

Mangalore, Aug 7 Mangalore Special Economic Zone (MSEZ) Ltd has signed a memorandum of understanding with Dr Mohan Alva, Chairman of Alva’s Education Foundation, Moodbidri, to set up a herbal garden in MSEZ site area in Mangalore.

An MSEZ press release said here on Thursday that the herbal garden will prove to be a treasure trove of various species of trees, plants and herbs of the Western Ghats and of Dakshina Kannada district.

According to the MoU, MSEZ Ltd will bear the financial expenses for this project.
