Coimbatore, Aug 7 Aksh Optifibre Ltd has signed an agreement with BSNL on June 2 for providing IPTV services in 20 cities. According to the agreement, the services have been launched in Jaipur on August 4.The service will offer traditional broadcast TV with a high standard of reception and several add-on features such as time-shift television, video on demand etc. Dynamatic Technologies Ltd has informed that the bid closing date pursuant to the proposed QIP issue of equity shares of Dynamatic Technologies Ltd under the SEBI guidelines is August 7. The company has approved the issue of 6,04,000 equity shares of shares of Rs 10 each at the issue price of Rs 1,234 an equity share aggregating to an issue size of Rs 74.53 crore.
