Aurobindo anti-infective injection

Hyderabad, Aug. 11

Aurobindo Pharma Ltd has received final approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) for cefazolin injection in 500 mg/vial and one gm/vial. The injection is under anti-infective segment and the generic equivalent to the drug Cefazolin listed in the Abrxis Pharmaceutical Products' Reference. This is the third product approval for the sterile injectable formulation line of the Hyderabad-based company's Unit VI-B, according to release. - Our Bureau
