Aloysius Institute of Business Administration, Mangalore, will organise a management development programme on the theme ‘Enhancing organizational effectiveness’ here on August 28 and 29. A press release by the institute said here on Tuesday that Prof Manuel Mendonca from McGill’s University, Montreal, along with Mr Giridhar Prabhu, proprietor of Achal Industries, Mangalore, will be conducting the sessions during the two days of workshop. The workshop is d esigned to address the processes and techniques that are critical to the learning organisation, the release added. –
