JDA Soft to buy i2Tech

Hyderabad, Aug. 12

Supply chain solutions provider JDA Software Group is all set to acquire i2 Technologies for $346 million in cash thereby creating a larger entity to offer retail and supply chain solutions. Together, these entities will have annual revenues of $635 million, including $300 million in annual maintenance and subscription fee. —
