Kochi, Aug 14 Pepper futures market on Thursday shot up on bullish sentiments following price enquiries from European buyers.

Besides, the upward trend in commodities also influenced the pepper futures, market sources told Business Line.

Tight supply position in India and other origins also contributed to the upward swing, they said.
