New Delhi, Aug. 14 Fortis HealthWorld Ltd (FHWL) one of the leading players in wellness retail space is now being re-christened as Religare Wellness Ltd.

Fortis HealthWorld has just decided to acquire in principle CRS Health, one of the earlier names in wellness retail, having a significant presence in parts of North, South and West India.

As part of the proposed deal Fortis HealthWorld will acquire all 27 Retail Stores and 4 Warehouses in India.

The acquisition and the integration under the Religare Wellness brand are expected to be completed within next 30days. Post integration, the total count of the stores will exceed more than 100.
