Promotions & Offers States - Karnataka Apollo Hospitals launches privilege card for seniors Our Bureau Bangalore, Aug. 17 Apollo Hospitals, Bangalore has launched a privilege card for citizens over the age of 55 years. Offered under the ‘Apollo Health Citizens Club’ initiative, the card will entitle members to a range of discounted medical facilities and related amenities at the Apollo Hospitals and clinics located across the city. The Gold card will also entitle holders to discounts on health checks, diagnostic services, medicines, room rents, free dental health examinations and participation in health forums. Apollo Hospitals aims to enrol one lakh seniors by the end of the first year and double this number by the second year. Dr Umapathy Panyala, COO, Apollo Hospitals Bangalore said, “Because of various social, economic and demographic changes, the family size is getting smaller, as a result of which we have older persons living on their own.” These elderly, even if economically independent, do not know where to go to access quality healthcare and therefore we at Apollo Hospitals decided to launch the ‘Apollo Gold Card,’ which will offer them a range of discounted quality medical facilities along with a number of related conveniences and services.” More Stories on : Promotions & Offers | Medical Institutions & Hospitals | Karnataka
