After the oath: The Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh, and the Vice-President, Mr Hamid Ansari (extreme right), along with new Rajya Sabha members Mr S.M. Dr Rangarajan (76), who resigned last week as the Chairman of the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister, will be an Independent member.
