Rediffusion | DYR has announced Mr Mahesh Chauhan as Group CEO, with immediate effect. Mr Chauhan is taking over the reins from Mr Diwan Arun Nanda and will be looking after all the group companies of Rediffusion | DYR; TME, Wunderman, Showdiff, Rediffusion Public Relations, OAP-Touchpoint as well as Rediffusion | DYR. Mr Nanda will however continue to be involved in the capacity of Chairman and will have Everest Brand Solutions and Sudler & Hennesey directly report to him. —
