Coimbatore, Aug. 19 Maithan Alloys Ltd proposes to incorporate a subsidiary company for taking up new projects in future.

McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd has received an order — valued at Rs 37.78 crore — from Siemens VAI, Kolkata, for structural fabrication at SAIL plant at Burnpur and another order from Brahmani River Pallets Ltd, Bhubaneswar, valued at Rs 15.47 crore.

Swan Mills Ltd’s board of directors has approved proposals to amend object clause of its memorandum by adding energy business to the existing objects and to change its name from Swan Mills Ltd to Swan Energy and Infrastructure Ltd or any other name as may be approved by the Registrar of Companies. The company is proposing to invest up to Rs 380 crore in equity shares of GSPC Pipavav Power Company Ltd, subject to approvals.
