Letters Bureaucratic system This is with reference to “Flush out the bureaucratic mindset” (Business Line, August 18). The author has merely highlighted the problems faced by the citizens, which we are all aware of, instead of suggesting solutions and indicating how they can be applied to achieve improvements in the Indian context.
