ICAI course on valuations from Oct 1

New Delhi, Aug. 20 The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will launch a certificate course on “valuation” from October 1 to enhance the competitive edge of its members in the global services market.

It would be initially be launched in New Delhi and Mumbai and thereafter rolled out at other mega cities, ICAI President, Mr Ved Jain, told Business Line. Apart from the theoretical as well as the valuation modalities, this course will hone the expertise of the ICAI members through multiple case studies across industry and service sectors like pharmaceuticals, retail, manufacturing, banking, insurance, mining and infrastructure.
