Coimbatore, Aug. 24 The Tamil Nadu Cooperative Bank Employees Association has hailed the Government’s order providing “regular time scale of pay” on irregular appointees in co-operative institutions, including co-operative banks, from August 1.

The order is expected to benefit more than 10,200 employees working in co-operative institutions.

As per the order, the pay is to be fixed in the minimum time scale applicable to the post in which the (irregular) employee was appointed initially.
