RK Swamy BBDO unveils portal for communication designs

Bangalore, Aug. 25 Targeting HR managers across industries, RK Swamy BBDO has launched a portal that offers creative posters and e-mailers for employee communication. Designed and created by HR Direction, the HR communication division of RK Swamy BBDO, HR Direction Online, offers ready-to-use internal communication designs for 150 HR topics that need constant communication with employees.

Launching the portal in Bangalore today, Mr Srinivasan K. Swamy, Chairman and Managing Director, RK Swamy BBDO Pvt Ltd, said, “Our online service comes when companies are looking to cut costs with respect to their internal communication.” Currently, the Web site offers 1,000 designs and the company plans to add 200 new creatives every month. Subscribers can log in and download any of the available designs. The Web site also comes with an editing tool to customise the design/copy, though the images cannot be changed, said Mr Arun Kumar, Senior Partner, HR Direction. The communication can be rendered in any language font which is available on their computer in about 15 minutes.

Subscription options

The portal offers five subscription options including an annual subscription that offers 75 downloads for Rs 3 lakh. RK Swamy has so far invested Rs 3 crore in the venture in the first phase and expects a revenue of Rs 10 crore its first year of operation which would touch Rs 100 crore in three years, Mr Swamy said.
