Hyderabad, Sept. 4 Ireland-based online recruitment company, Saongroup, has launched an exclusive job portal for job-seekers in Hyderabad.

The portal, www.myhyderabadjobs.com, would offer services for job-seekers in Hyderabad who can register their curriculum vitae free of cost with the Web site, Mr Leslie Buckely, Chairman, Saongroup, told newspersons here on Thursday.

Saongroup, which believes in a city-centric approach to online recruitment portals, had launched a similar portal for Pune ( www.myjobsinpune.com) last year.

“It has been a highly successful venture with over 5,500 visitors a day. Now we are adopting a similar approach in Hyderabad, which has many emerging sectors such as pharma, biotech and real estate besides IT and ITeS,” Mr Mihir Modi, Chief Executive Officer, Saongroup India, said.

Citing an industry survey Mr Modi said over 80 per cent of the job-seekers would prefer to work within a 20 km radius from their homes.
