Mangalore, Sept. 4 The Manipal Media Network Ltd, in association with the Mangalore-based Ace Event Management, has launched an event management company — Manipal-Ace Event Management Pvt Ltd.

Announcing this at the launch of the company here on Thursday, Mr K. Narasimha Prabhu, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, said that Manipal-Ace Event Management Pvt Ltd would increase its presence by opening three more centres in Bangalore, Hubli and Udupi in the next 45 days.

Mr T. Gautham Pai, Executive Director of Manipal Media Network Ltd and Chairman of Manipal-Ace Event Management Pvt Ltd, said that event management has become more organised in the last two decades. The success of event management lies in helping solve the marketing problems of the clients. “Our intention is to go national in the coming years,” he said.

Mr Prabhu said that Manipal-Ace Event Management Pvt Ltd would launch branches in some of the main centres such as Goa, Kochi, Coimbatore and Chennai in the coming years.

Ace Event Management Ltd, which was founded in 2002, formed a joint venture with Manipal Media Network Ltd in May this year to form Manipal-Ace Event Management Pvt Ltd. Mr Prabhu said that the new venture would help the company to reach out to a larger clientele base in various geographical locations. Mr B.R. Bhat, General Manager of Corporation Bank, and Mr Maheshwar Rao, Deputy Commissioner of Dakshina Kannada district, were present on the occasion.
