New Products & Services Catholic Syrian launches gift card Kochi, Sept. 7 Catholic Syrian Bank has launched a gift card named CSB Uphaar, in denominations starting from Rs 500 and thereafter in multiples of Rs 100, up to a total value of Rs 20,000. Addressing a press conference here, the Chairman and CEO, Mr R. Venkataraman, said the gift card, which comes with a validity period of three years, would make an ideal gift. While cash withdrawal is not allowed through the card, it can be used at all merchant outlets in India accepting VISA. The PIN activation can be undertaken at any VISA-enabled ATM in the country. The purchase can be deferred for a long period of time until a suitable product matching the desire of the buyer can be found, said the Chief General Manager , Mr V.P.
