Tejas R&D centre in Noida

Bangalore, Sept. 8

Tejas Networks, a leading enabler of high-performance optical transmission infrastructure, announced its opening of a new R&D Centre in Noida. This is the first R&D centre of Tejas in North India. This office will augment its existing sales and support office in Delhi.

The R&D centre will be led by Mr Pushkal Juneja, Group Director Engineering, a veteran with over 18 years of experience in India and abroad, in companies such as Intel and Cadence.

The R&D centre was inaugurated by Mr T.K. Wali, Executive Director Telecom, Power Grid Corporation India Ltd (PGCIL). “So far we have been making significant investments in our Bangalore R&D centre. We have now also decided to reach out to the outstanding engineering talent in North India, who are keen to do innovative work in end-to-end product development companies. Since we also have a very large customer base in North India, this centre will also facilitate closer interaction and higher level of support to our customers,” said Mr Sanjay Nayak, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Tejas Networks.
