Announcements GMR incorporates subsidiary Hyderabad, Sept. 9 GMR Infra incorporated a subsidiary called GMR Airport Handling Services Limited (GAHSL) on Monday. “The company has been set up for ground-handling services. Though it will take some time before it commences business activity, we can start off the services in a small way,” Mr A. Vishwanath, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd, said. The Ministry of Civil Aviation guidelines allow for three operators – one national ca rrier, another through international bidding and the third one could be started by the airport operator itself.
