Boost to bilateral ties: The Nepal Prime Minister, Mr Pushpa Kamal Dahal (right), also known as Prachanda, being welcomed by the Minister of State for Home, Mr Shakeel Ahmed, on his arrival at the IGI International Airport in New Delhi on Sunday.
