Boost to bilateral ties: The Nepal Prime Minister, Mr Pushpa Kamal Dahal (right), also known as Prachanda, being welcomed by the Minister of State for Home, Mr Shakeel Ahmed, on his arrival at the IGI International Airport in New Delhi on Sunday. Mr Dahal, on his first visit to India, will hold wide-ranging talks with the Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh, on Monday, particularly reviewing the 1950 bilateral Trade and Transit Treaty which the Nepalese leader wants to be replaced. –
