Chennai, Sept. 18

The Chennai-based Sundram Fasteners Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that Ms Arundathi Krishna has been appointed an additional director (non-independent director) on the board of directors of the company from today. She has also been appointed as Whole-Time Director of the company for the next five years . Ms Arundathi Krishna is a daughter of Mr Suresh Krishna, Chairman and Managing Director of the company. A couple of years ago, Ms Arathi Krishna, the eldest d aughter of Mr Krishna was inducted into the company’s board.
