Kochi, Sept. 18

For Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation, popularly known as Supplyco, the performance in the Onam season this year was good compared to last year. The corporation has registered a record sales of Rs 200 crore during the festival period as against the target of Rs 175 crore.

Mr Yogesh Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director, Supplyco, said the tie up with FMCG companies in the vibrant Onam market had also ensured additional revenue of Rs 42 lakh in the kitty. The sales turnover during the current financial year up to September 11 has crossed Rs 750 crore and it is likely to touch the target of Rs 1,600 crore by the end of this fiscal. —
