Kochi, Sept. 22

The second consignment of 21,000 tonnes of urea imported by Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) during the current financial year is expected to arrive at the port here on Monday. Out of the total quantity, a major portion will be sold in Kerala, an official release said on Monday. With the arrival of the new consignment of urea, the total quantity of fertilizers imported by FACT during the first six months of the current fiscal has reached 65,000 tonnes, w hich is an all time record, it said. Earlier, FACT had imported 23,000 tonnes of Urea and 21000 tonnes of Potash. —
