Mumbai, Sept. 22 Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and an arm of aviation security firm ICTS International N.V., have launched a product for automatic document checking, through their partnership with the global airline association, Star Alliance.

The product is aimed at simplifying the complex task of verifying travel documentation requirements for travellers.

“The automatic document checking solution helps carriers to significantly expedite check-in processes” said Mr Lee Hock Lye, Vice-President, Products and Services, Star Alliance. TCS designed the overall solution and managed the program for Star Alliance, while ISEC Technologies - a subsidiary of ICTS International - maintains the systems’ rule engine database and assisted in designing its concept.
