J&K: Extension of I-T returns

New Delhi, Sep 23

The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has again extended the last date of filing of income-tax returns and obtaining of tax audit report to November 30 in Jammu & Kashmir in view of the dislocation caused due to law and order problems in that State. Last week, the CBDT had extended the last date of filing of income tax returns due by July 31 to September 30. —
