The Managing Director of Metro India, Mr Martin Dlouhy, coming out of the Writers’ Building after meeting the Chief Minister of West Bengal, Mr Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee, on Wednesday. The Germany-based retail chain has invested Rs 140 crore in its outlet on EM Bypass in Kolkata and is seeking renewal of licence from the Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee to begin operations.
