Bates 141 forms Executive Committee

Sandeep Pathak appointed CEO.

New Delhi, Sept. 25 Following the news of CEO, Mr Subhash Kamath, leaving the agency, Bates 141 has appointed Mr Sandeep Pathak as CEO.

He will be responsible for all the brand strategy and advertising businesses. Mr Vijay Singh will continue as Managing Director, 141 Sercon, and drive all the diversified marketing services operations.

India operations

The Chairman, Mr Sonal Dabral, has formed a new executive committee that will now manage all India operations spanning the Metro and Kolkata offices and all its businesses and services.

Mr Manosh Mukherjee becomes COO of Bates 141 Group and Mr Dheeraj Sinha, Chief Strategy Officer for the Group.

The new EXCO constituted by Mr Sonal Dabral, Mr Sandeep Pathak, Mr Vijay Singh, Mr Manosh Mukherjee, and Mr Dheeraj Sinha, will become effective from November 1.

“Our India operation, along with our China operation, have been our stellar performers over the last few years, with over 1,000 talents across both markets,” said Mr Digby Richards, Asia Pacific CEO.
