Hyderabad, Sept. 25

Volvo Car India on Thursday announced its entry into the southern region with opening of its dealership in Hyderabad in partnership with Talwar Cars. This dealership will open the doors for the consumers in South India in the last quarter of 2008. In a statement, Mr Paul de Voijs, Managing Director, Volvo Car India said, “We are pleased to expand our network in Hyderabad as South India is an important market for us. The expansion of our dealer network signals the imp ortance of the Indian market to Volvo.”Volvo plans to expand its dealership network by 7-9 dealers during the next 12 months. —
