CII’s ‘iTalent’ contest

Madurai, Sept. 24

The road show for the fifth edition of the three-stage ‘iTalent’ contest, organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (Southern Region), aimed at showcasing the computing talents of students in developing information technology related projects for the industry applications, was held in the city on Tuesday. The contest is open to the final year students of ECE, EEE, IT and Computer Science, Electronics and Instrumentation, IT and Electronics of engineerin g stream, MSc Computer Science and MCA courses. Institutions can send a maximum of five entries comprising a minimum of two and a maximum of three students per team. The first three winners will be presented Rs 75,000, Rs 50,000 and Rs 25,000 respectively with a trophy each for the winning institutions.
