Work in full swing: With the monsoon having tapered off, work on the construction of the pillar in the Bandra-Worli sea link project is on in full swing, in Mumbai. The 4.7-km long suspension bridge has 126-metre-high towers and is supported with 600-metre-long cables. The length of the steel wires used for the bridge is said to be equivalent to the circumference of the earth. –
