Integreon to strengthen global presence

L.N. Revathy

Coimbatore, Sept. 29 Integreon Managed Solutions, an integrated knowledge process outsourcing company, seeks to become a dominant player in providing middle-office services. It plans to invest in infrastructure, build global locations and acquire new capabilities in the coming years.

The company provides research, e-Discovery, litigation support, legal document outsourcing (LPO), legal secretarial support and trial graphics to professionals in law firms across the world; and market and business research services for banks, consultancies and corporate finance firms. It now wants to strengthen its global presence.

Responding through email on Indian industry’s awareness and scope for such support services, Mr Liam Brown, CEO, Integreon said, “From the market perspective in India, we do not provide such support services because our pricing for Indian companies is costly. And on the supply side or talent side, the kind of people we require to provide these services are not readily available as they need to be trained. Therefore, we need to hire and train internally to provide these services.”

Hiring needs

The company’s team size in India is 1,500. On talent hunt, he said, “We look at a number of channels such as internal reference, tie-up with schools, colleges and training institutes, use job portals and head hunters to identify the right candidate.”

Integreon has over time invested in hiring a new leadership and management team. “We have also started our operations in Gurgaon, New York and Manila (Philippines),” Mr Brown said.
