Takes over as SOPA Chairman

Chennai, Sept 30

Mr Ramesh Chandra Agarwal, Chairman, Bhaskar Group of Companies, has been re-elected as the Chairman of The Soyabean Processors Association of India (SOPA), at its 28th AGM held on 30th September, 2008. In the Executive Committee Meeting held after the AGM, the Committee nominated Mr Girish Matlani, Managing Director of Sonic Biochem Extractions Ltd, as Secretary of the association. The new committee will hold their office for a term of two years, said a press release. — Our Bureau
