Hero Mindmine partners with BCI

New Delhi, Sept. 30

Training and consulting firm Hero Mindmine Institute Ltd has partnered with US-based BPO Certification Institute Inc (BCI) to sharpen focus on BPO trainings. "The BCI is trying to fill a long-standing gap of neutral, third party certifications of BPO professionals in India. It offers world's widest range of human competence certifications for nine different types of BPO operatives - all based on globally relevant wide-spectrum BCI BPO Human Competence Master Standards. We plan to offer them to the Indian BPO industry and help establish much-needed world-class professional qualification standards for the industry to follow, while hiring and promoting," Business Head, Hero Mindmine Mr Ashok George, said.- Our Bureau
